Tandem is led by architect Asher Paxton, who brings years of experience designing high-end residential architecture to every plan, and contractor Caleb Spearing, whose hands-on expertise ensures construction feasibility and budget insight from day one. Together, they make sure every design isn’t just beautiful—it’s buildable, practical, and aligned with your vision.
